1.Lubrication and Oil Addition

① The bearing housings at both ends of all rollers on Hunan Zhuohui Environmental Protection Belt Presses are open type, and the grease nipples installed on the bearing housings are exposed, making it very convenient to inject lubricating oil without disassembling any parts. It is required to add calcium-based lubricating oil to all bearings once every half month.

② For the pneumatic components in the control box, check the oil level indicator in the oil cup every week. If it is insufficient, supplement with 30# machine oil immediately.

③ The cycloidal needle wheel reducer (or variable speed drive) of the Hunan Zhuohui Environmental Protection Belt Press should be changed with special engine oil once every 2000 hours.

④ For the remaining gears, racks, sprockets, chains, cylinder shafts, and adjustable valve moving links, add general grease once a week.

2.Repair and Maintenance

① Before starting each shift, turn on the cleaning pump and check if the nozzles are blocked. If the water pressure is low or no water is sprayed out, it should be cleared in a timely manner.

② Before stopping each shift, the site should be cleaned and any leaked water and sludge should be wiped clean.

③ Check every shift if the automatic drainage of the pneumatic three-way joint's air filter is functioning and whether the filter is clogged.

④ Check once a week if the moving fastening screws are loose.

⑤ Inspect the filter net for any damage.

⑥ Check if the filter net deviation correction and tensioning devices are sensitive and reliable, and if they are working normally.

The electrical control panel fails to power on and cannot start the motor.

Overload or emergency stop power switch locked, or protective device activated.

Check if the protective device is tripped, whether the drive load is overloaded, and if there is any damage to the circuit system.

The air pressure gauge cannot be adjusted.

There is air leakage in the pipeline or pneumatic components, or the air compressor cannot start automatically, or the air filter is clogged or the pressure regulator valve is damaged.

Inspect the air hose for any damage or kinks, and check the air compressor and pneumatic components, performing timely repairs or replacements as necessary.

Host machine automatically shutting down.

Filter screen deviation exceeds limits, protective system activated.

Loosen the mesh belt, manually move the belt to reset it to the middle position, release the protection, and after the equipment is running normally, reposition the limit switch.

The filter screen is off-center beyond the limit or causes wrinkling.

The offset adjustment device is malfunctioning.


Check the air pressure, inspect whether the offset valve is damaged, check if the filter screen sensor is detached from the edge of the mesh, examine the sensitivity of the connecting rod, check for any damage to the cylinder, inspect for air leaks, and ensure that the offset roller is rotating smoothly.

The roller shaft is not rotating.

Bearing damage.


Replace the bearing.

The cake moisture content is relatively high.

The filter screen tension may be insufficient, or the pressure is not high enough, or the filtration speed is too fast, or the filter screen is not cleaned properly.

Check the tension of the filter screen and the main drive speed, and inspect the cleaning device.

There is material leakage on both sides of the squeezing section.

The feed rate is too high, or the filter screen's water permeability is not sufficient in a timely manner.

Adjust the slurry valve switch and check whether the cleaning device is functioning properly.

The pressure filter liquid or cleaning water contains an excessive amount of suspended solids.

The aperture of the filter screen's permeable gap is too large.

Replace the filter screen.

The filter screen is not being cleaned thoroughly.

The nozzle is blocked, or the water pressure and volume are insufficient.

Clear the nozzle and replace the cleaning water pump.
